Uncertainty around St Microelectronics

The bad news about the U.S. semiconductor industry, culminating with the Intel downgrade by Lehman Brothers, increased uncertainty and volatility around the company led by Pasquale Pistorio. The securities exchanged now 36.9 euros, a rise of only 0.14%, after having sold more than 1% in the opening of the session.
